The Tasks module of Zakoa Groupware allows you to manage your projects or work groups easily, fast and for both you and your team. You always keep up with the latest changes, the next steps and the overall progress of a day, a week or a whole project.
At Zakoa usability is most important. That’s why we designed Tasks in a simple and clear tree structure. A whole project can be divided into sub-projects, task areas and single tasks. Every area summarizes the data from the areas and tasks beneath.
Every team member records his works by himself. Thus the whole team – and especially the team leader – has less administrative duty to do. Search and filter functionalities help to keep track of all tasks. The access rights system optionally restricts access to certain areas.
Tasks/Projects can be ideally supplemented by using the Times module. Times can then be assigned to tasks and in combining the two modules it is possible to keep track of not only deadlines, jobs and responsibilities but also of time spent on certain tasks.
