
Contacts is a flexible module that can manage both your personal and business contacts in one. You share the business contacts with your team members and the personal data is only visible to you. All inside one application and stored in one database.
With the easy to use csv-import and export functionalities you can upload your existing contacts from Microsoft Outlook® or Mac Entourage® into the Zakoa database in just a few steps. All important contacts can then be accessed, shared, edited and added online by you and your colleagues. The Zakoa search and filter features facilitate looking for specific contacts. The option to administer categories to single items allows you to create separate groups of contact data. With the Event/Remark feature you can even start your own little CRM system. All important dates of a contact like birthday or next meeting can be stored and shared.
